All Classico Doors products are fabricated in our own facility at Monterrey, Mexico. Our Scrolled iron is hot-forged by hand and brought to
life by skilled craftsmen that have years of experience.
The process starts with the door drafted in Computer Aid Design (CAD) format for complete accuracy. Every unit has a detailed CAD drawing with complete specifications to ensure exact component placement and accurate details. The merging of new technologies and old world craftsmanship create gorgeous pieces that are built to last and will complement a wide range of architectural styles. |
Fabrication |
Every order will be custom manufactured to meet your specifications enabling any design to fit any sized entry unit single or double.
We just use the finest quality materials which include heavy duty ball bearing hinges, polyurethane foam filled frames and door panels for superior insulation which will also block out exterior noise. |
Installation |
| We have highly skilled technicians ready to help you prepare, install and protect the finish and look of your new iron door. |
